About Northwest Sheds
A business built on quality and reliability
Northwest Sheds has been designing, manufacturing and installing quality timber garden buildings across Lancashire and the North West for over 10 years. We’re a family business based in Barrowford and we’re growing — which means we need more good people around us.

Current Opportunities
We’re hiring in two key areas
Role 01
Shed Manufacturer
We manufacture all our buildings in our own Lancashire workshop using quality pressure-treated timber. We’re looking for an individual with a strong willingness to work with and learn about shed and timber frame manufacturing, that can work to a consistent standard and take pride in the finished product.
What we’re looking for
- ✓Experience in manufacturing / shed manufacturing
- ✓Ability to work accurately and to specification
- ✓Good knowledge of timber joinery and construction methods
- ✓Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a small team
- ✓A positive attitude and pride in quality workmanship

What we’re looking for
- ✓Experience fitting garden buildings, timber structures or similar
- ✓Able to work to a high standard independently or in a pair
- ✓Good customer-facing manner — you’ll be in customers’ gardens
- ✓Full UK driving licence
- ✓Reliable, punctual and professional at all times
